PLR Cradle is a website that specializes in PLR material and products.

However, not all products come with the same rights. Always check the rights within a file that ships with the product.

The License attached to the product always supersedes this general rights.

If you're not entirely sure which license you have purchased, check your payment receipt.

Prvate Label Rights License Terms (PLR)

The license terms below only apply if you have purchased Private Label Rights (PLR).

Can sell the product to your customers. (personal rights).
Can be sold “as is” or rebranded/renamemed/re-formated.
Can be edited, renamed, with your name as the author/publisher.
Can be translated into other languages and sold.
Can be included within website flips (personal rights only).
Can be given away (end-user version only).
Can be used as a bonus (en-user version only).
Can be included in membership site (end-user version only).
Can be combined with other offers or sold as a package.
Cannot sell any other rights (Resell, PLR) to customers.
Cannot pass any source files to customers.

Resell Rights License Terms (RR)

The license terms below only apply if you have purchased Resell Rights (RR).

Can sell the product to your customers (personal rights, unchanged only).
Can be sold “as is” 
Can be included within website flips (unchanged only).
Can be given away (unchanged)
Can be used as a bonus (unchanged)
Can be included in membership site (unchanged)
Can be combined with other offers or sold as a package.
Cannot be edited, renamed, with your name as the author/publisher.
Cannot be translated into other languages and sold.
Cannot sell any other rights (Resell, PLR) to customers.
Cannot pass any source files to customers.

Master Resell Rights License Terms (MRR)

The license terms below only apply if you have purchased Master Resell Rights (MRR).

Unrestricted PLR License may sometimes be offered, which carries the same basic terms.

Can sell the product to your customers. (personal rights, RR, PLR).
Can be sold “as is” or rebranded/renamemed/re-formated.
Can be edited, renamed, with your name as the author/publisher.
Can be translated into other languages and sold.
Can be included within website flips (personal, RR or PLR).
Can be given away (personal, RR or PLR).
Can be used as a bonus (personal rights only).
Can be included in membership site (personal rights only).
Can be combined with other offers or sold as a package.
Can pass source files to customers when selling PLR licences (not with RR).
Cannot sell Master Resell Rights (MRR) to customers.
Cannot pass any source files to customers.

Bonuses License Terms

The license terms below apply to all bonuses, included with products, unless it's specifically stated otherwise.

Can be used to promote the original offer (personal rights, unchanged only).
Cannot be edited, renamed, with your name as the author/publisher.
Cannot be translated into other languages and sold.
Cannot pass to customers with any other rights (Resell, PLR).
Cannot pass any source files to customers.
